Citadel Base: Nocturne Green is a dark, rich green base paint in a 12ml pot. Base paints have high coverage: a single even coat over primer fully covers the surface and lays down a deep, matt base colour.
Nocturne Green is a great dark foundation for Salamanders armour, dark green vehicles, cloaks and cloth, reptilian skin and woodland themes. It is an easy base to build lighter green layers over for volume.
Apply by brush in one or two thin coats. Shade for shadows in the recesses and run a layer paint over the edges to highlight. Compatible with the Citadel Layer, Shade and Contrast ranges.
