BASE: BUGMAN'S GLOW

Citadel Base: Bugman's Glow is a warm reddish-brown base paint in a 12ml pot. Base paints are fully opaque and made for solid, flat coverage in one or two coats — the essential first layer of colour on a primed miniature.

Named after Josef Bugman, Warhammer's famously grumpy Dwarf brewer, this warm reddish-brown is the classic ruddy skin tone for Dwarfs, Duardin and any hardy, weathered character.

Apply in thin, even coats to avoid pooling in recesses; two light coats give better coverage than one thick one. Once dry, it's ready for Citadel Shade and Layer paints on top.
