BASE: RUNELORD BRASS

Citadel Base: Runelord Brass is a warm brassy gold-bronze base paint in a 12ml pot. Base paints are fully opaque and made for solid, flat coverage in one or two coats — the essential first layer of colour on a primed miniature.

Named for the Runelords of the Dwarfs, this warm brassy tone is ideal for brass fittings, rune-etched armour, ornate trim and jewellery.

Apply in thin, even coats to avoid pooling in recesses; two light coats give better coverage than one thick one. Once dry, it's ready for Citadel Shade and Layer paints on top.
