CONTRAST: PLAGUEBEARER FLESH

Citadel Contrast: Plaguebearer Flesh is a sickly, greenish flesh-tone Contrast paint in an 18ml pot. Contrast paints work in a single coat: in one pass over a light primer they give you the base colour, the shadow in the recesses and the natural highlight on raised areas all at once.

Plaguebearer Flesh is ideal for the skin of Nurgle daemons, Plaguebearers, zombies, the drowned and any diseased, rotting flesh. Apply over a Wraithbone or Grey Seer primer in a generous, even coat and let the paint flow into the detail — the result looks like finished, shaded skin in minutes.

To push the effect further, add spot highlights with a lighter paint or set it with a Shade. Compatible with the full Citadel Contrast system.
